As much as you may not want to hear this, the high protein and low carb diet works for me!!

I thought you DID want to be the biggest loser. Meaning, the person who "loses" the most???? Yes, that is what you mean. Julie is right. The low carb/high protein diets do work! But any diet will work as long as you stick to it. I think that is the key to every diet. Good luck, Linds!

I agree with the low carb high protein thing. What works well for me is usually just eating "good for me foods" so sticking to LOTS of veggies, protein and a little fruit. And doing cardio. OH and ALOT of water!!...Hopefully that helps :)

Erik lost 30 lbs last year, basically just drinking a gallon of water a day.

Yep, for me it is the low carb and high protein too. It really works but it has to be a good balance. You cant go all protein and no carbs or you will feel awful.

What has really helped me the last few months is going to exercise classes. I get a way better workout when I go to a class then when I run on my treadmill or workout at home. They have really fun pump and turbo kick classes at the highschool. You should come if you can!!

I have to agree with everyone else...eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies and lots of water. And at the begining do 30-40 minutes of cardio whether it's on a bike, running, or walking on a treadmill on a high incline, but something thats making your heart rate go up! And yes...drink LOTS of water...you can lose 5 pounds the first week if you do that! Hope you are doing great!!! Xo

The biggest difference I have seen with a ton of people is not drinking soda and high sugar drinks... Just stick w/ good ol water :) Good Luck!
